Orders shipped to US addresses will be shipped via priority mail and received 3-5 days after order is placed.
We stand behind our products, period. If a NOVUS plastic polish product ever fails to perform, call us. We'll assist your customer in sorting out the problem. If our product is the problem we'll replace it free of charge.
